By purchasing a commission from me you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to my Terms of Service:- Commission will not be started unless I recieved full payment.- Payment is accepted via paypal through invoices ONLY.- You're allowed to use your commission for personal purposes. You may re-post your commission with given credit. [For example: tagging, written username, link to my social, etc]-You may not use it for any type of AI training.- My art is my Intellectual Property, and cannot be used for commercial purposes. [Selling / making items, etc with my artwork involved is not allowed.]- You may not edit my art in anyway without written permission. If I had done a mistake, please inform me so I can fix it.- I have the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable or not equipped to take on your order.- I will not work with a deadline.- I will not support nor draw for a commissioner if they are into or support: babyfurs/incest/lolicon/shota/zoo/racism etc. If found out, I'll make the lineart F2U, use it for adoptables or turn the lineart into a YCH. Please respect this rule and find someone else who is more willing to do your commission for you.F2U = Free to use lineart
YCH = "Your character here", a drawn pose and once sold the commissioners character is drawn by the artist in said pose.
Adoptables = Ready made character that the buyer uses and owns once purchased.Refunds:
- I do not do refunds once the commission has started. If a charge back is tried I have every right to dispute the claim and add you to a block list. I will also make the lines into adoptables, YCH or F2U lineart.- If I take longer than 3 months (within the Paypal dispute range) with no progress on your commission, you may ask for a full refund.- I have the right to refund your commission if I am no longer willing / able to complete it.
